Yieldora Partners ("Yieldora", "we", "us") is a hospitality commercial advisory business based in Marrakech, Morocco, providing revenue management and asset advisory services to property owners, and events and MICE advisory services to organizers and corporate clients, across Morocco, Europe, the Middle East and other markets.
Yieldora is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
We collect two kinds of information, and they are treated differently.
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, book a call or request a revenue assessment, we receive what you choose to submit, which may include:
Information collected automatically. If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics — pages visited, approximate location by country or city, device and browser type, referring source, and time spent on the site. Your IP address is anonymised. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. It does not load unless you accept it. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you consent; nothing is set until you choose.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is sent. The only thing stored on your device is a small record of your choice, so we do not ask you again.
You can change your decision at any time: reset your cookie preferences.
We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party marketing trackers on this website.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and, if you proceed, providing our services | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Keeping a record of business correspondence | Our legitimate interest in managing client relationships |
| Measuring website audience and improving the site | Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time |
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
General enquiries submitted through our forms are retained for a maximum of 24 months from your last contact with us. We review our records periodically and delete or anonymise enquiries that have passed that point.
We keep information for longer only where there is a specific reason to do so — an ongoing client relationship, an accounting or legal obligation, or an unresolved dispute. Where a reason of that kind applies, we keep only what that reason requires.
Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months and is not linked to your identity.
We keep our use of third parties deliberately narrow. The following providers process data on our behalf:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| FormSubmit | Receives website form submissions and delivers them to our email address |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and security, and routing of email sent to our addresses |
| Cal.com | Handles call bookings made through our website and adds them to our calendar |
| Google (Analytics) | Website audience measurement, only after your consent |
| Google (Workspace / Gmail) | Receiving and storing our business email correspondence |
We do not maintain a separate marketing database and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Some of the providers listed above process data outside Morocco, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, those transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements, on the basis of the safeguards and contractual arrangements made available by the relevant service provider.
If you would like to know how a specific provider handles international transfers, write to us and we will tell you what we know.
You may ask us to:
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for exercising these rights.
Our website is served over an encrypted connection and access to our email and systems is protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and we do not collect more than we need.
This website is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be signalled clearly rather than made quietly.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Terms of Use and our Disclaimer.
Questions, requests or complaints about this policy can be sent to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the data protection authority in your country.
